Major Internal Refurbishment of Main Bar, Lounge & Corridor areas including upgrading of Mechanical & Electrical Services, and the installation of a new Passenger lift.

Commencing immediately after the Christmas Break in January 2007 and with the Jazz Band booked for the Opening on Saturday 31st March 2007 failure to complete the works was not an option.
